3 reasons why I choose ployester fabric

Choosing the right bedding fabric is essential to restful sleep. It also may make a difference in how much time you spend washing and caring for your bedding, and how long it lasts. For me, I perfer faux fur polyester as bedding fabric. I will tell you 3 reasons as followings:

Long-lasting Linens

Polyester is a highly durable fabric and usually can survive years of washing and wear. Cotton is more delicate. Cotton is more susceptible to general wear and tear from daily use and tends to shrink slightly when it is washed. Although polyester generally retains its shape and look over the years, polyester fabric tends to pill, and it doesn't get much softer with use. Most cottons, particularly long-fiber cotton sheets, stay soft and free of pills.

Care Through the Years

Polyester is easy to wash and dries quickly, and is highly wrinkle resistant, which makes for easy care. However, it absorbs oil, making oil-based stains and dirt very difficult, if not impossible, to remove. Its tendency to attract static electricity means it also easily attracts clumps of dust and dirt. Cotton wrinkles easily, but it is much easier to remove stains from than polyester.

Blended Bedding

While polyester is less desirable than cotton in terms of comfort, it often is cheaper -- and certainly more durable -- adding up to a better value for families and those interested in economic efficiency. Blended bedding is softer and less irritating to sensitive skin than 100-percent polyester fabric, which makes it a good alternative.
